PresidentDonald Trumpwent on an eyebrow-raising riff aboutJeffrey Epsteinwhile stumping for Republicans in Ohio ahead of Tuesdaymidterm elections.
Trump remained tight-lipped about the late convicted sex offender and wealthy financier as his administration faced backlash last year over itshandling of government files relating to its federal sex trafficking case against Epstein. The heat on Trump was turned up whenThe Wall Street Journalreleased an article in July 2025about a bawdy birthday letter Trumpreportedly wrote to Epstein in 2003, that read: "May every day be another wonderful secret."
In a rare remark about Epstein, who ran in the same social circles as Trump decades ago, the president said Wednesday night that he threw him the "hell out of Mar-a-Lago."
The president started off his rally in Chillicothe gushing over Republican SenatorJon Husted's body, which has become an odd common occurrencein the lead-up to the election.
Then he was interrupted by a heckler who shouted about Epstein and Trump's alleged connections.

"I threw Epstein out of a club like 20 years ago because I thought he was a wackjob," Trump said to cheers from the crowd. "That was a great thing I did; I must tell you."
Trump, who was never formally accused of any wrongdoing relating to Epstein's crimes, added that he was "totally exonerated from him."
The president called protesters who haveroutinely disrupted his cross-country ralliesthis month, "sick, weak people."
This was Trump's third visit to the Buckeye State as he tries to drum up support for Husted and other Republicans on the ballot. The president accomplished his job of making Husted more well-known among voters — but not in the way you'd expect.
Instead of making headlines over his political platform, the former college football star gained national attention over his rear, specifically Trump's fascination with it.

At a rally in Youngstown earlier this month, Trump admitted to admiring Husted's body.
"I'm standing over here, and I don't do this with men very often. I started examining [Husted's] body because I didn't know he was a great athlete, and I looked, and I watched up and down," Trump told his supporters with Husted in the crowd. "I looked at his a**, and I looked at the whole, and then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He's got these like claws."
While Trump has blamed the media for not letting his odd comments die down — he is the one who keeps bringing it up at his rallies.
