Former Georgia Republican congresswomanMarjorie Taylor Greenehas lashed out at PresidentDonald Trumpin ferocious style in the latest installment of their long-running feud.

Once a cheerleader for Trumpism, Greene stepped down from the House of Representatives in January after breaking with the president over theJeffrey Epstein scandaland other points of contention and has since becomeone of his most outspoken critics, particularly over the affordability crisis and theIran war.

Trump, in turn, has mocked her as“Marjorie Traitor Brown,”called her“highly neurotic”and reactedcallouslyto claims she has been subjected to death threats, remarking: “I don’t think anyone cares about her.”

Greenetook to XSunday to post a screenshot of a Trump campaign email she had received asking: “Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor, did I do something wrong?”

“Oh he sent me an email, I think I’ll respond,” she wrote, before launching into a lengthy tirade attacking the president’s second term record.

“So yes, actually you did do something wrong President Trump, let’s first start with your broken campaign promises,” Greene began. “You protected your pedophile rapists friends instead of women who were raped when they were just teenage girls and you STILL REFUSE to release the Epstein files.”

Trump has never been formally accused of any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein but did face persistent questions last year about his past friendship with the late billionaire sex offender, who died in a New York City jail cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial.

The president has said he broke contact with Epstein in 2004, two years prior to his first arrest, and never spoke to him again.

In November, the president signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law, ordering the Department of Justice to release its files on Epstein after Congress passed the bill following a campaign led by a bipartisan group of representatives that included Greene. Ultimately, not all of the DOJ’s holdings were published on security grounds and many were heavily redacted.

Greene continued her attack by pivoting toIran: “You started an unprovoked war with Iran that the vast majority of Americans do NOT support. You killed hundreds of children at a school in Iran and innocent people and are responsible for 21 U.S. service members’ deaths and 865 wounded.

“Your stupid war that you claim you have won like 50 times has destroyed our bases in the Middle East and hundreds of billions of dollars worth of military equipment and weapons, while depleting our weapons and ammunitions.”
