After he admitted in 2008 to soliciting underage girls for prostitution, authorities in a minimum-security lockup in Florida granted him enormous freedom that he used to continue to exploit and allegedly abuse women, hobnob with the rich and famous and cultivate his lavish lifestyle, an NBC News investigation found.
